    Poultry Specialties

Forty years of family reputation, now just as easy to find online as it is at the shop counter.

Industry: Poultry processing and retailWebsite: poultryspecialties.ca

    The Challenge

Poultry Specialties has a loyal following built on four decades of quality and fair prices. Word of mouth is wonderful, but it only travels so far. The business needed a website, packaging and social presence that showed newer customers across Ontario what the regulars already knew, and kept them coming back to the shop on Cedar Street.

    The Client

Every great family business has a great origin story, and this one starts in 1984. That's when Adrian and Elizabeth VanLeeuwen founded Poultry Specialties in Tillsonburg, Ontario, and today it's run by their son Aad Jr. and his wife Amanda. It's a provincially licensed processing facility with an on-site retail store, selling fresh chicken, wings and specialty meats to retail customers and wholesale accounts from Windsor to Niagara Falls.

    The Vision

Make the family's reputation easy to find, easy to trust and easy to buy from. Three easys, one very happy shop.

Explore our full range of services to see how this work fits into a complete growth system.

    Step 1

    Website

A website for a family food business should feel like walking into the shop. This one is clear and friendly: it tells the family story, shows the products, shares recipes and chicken facts, and makes it simple to contact the shop or set up a wholesale account.

    Step 2

    Products and trust

Show off the goods, then show why people trust them. A product showcase features the shop's best sellers, like the 4kg boxes of boneless skinless chicken breasts, right alongside the business's inspection and licensing credentials and real customer reviews.

    Step 3

    Labels and print

From the website to the freezer case, it all looks like family. Product label design and print materials carry the same look everywhere customers meet the brand.

    Step 4

    Monthly social media

Stock-up season never sneaks up on anyone here. A monthly social calendar, approved in advance, posts stock-up offers, holiday hours and shop news right on schedule.

    The Outcome

    Results that moved the needle

    • New customers can meet the family before they ever walk in. The website tells a forty-year family story and serves both retail and wholesale customers.
    • Wherever customers find Poultry Specialties, it looks like the same trusted shop. That's one consistent look across the site, labels, print and social.
    • The owners get social sorted without the stress. They approve the monthly social calendar in minutes.
