    What do I get back?

    Three things, in plain language.

    1. Named in X of 10 AI answers. X is your number. If none name you, the report says 0 of 10.
    2. Who AI names instead, when your name is missing.
    3. The top 3 fixes we would make first.

    What do I enter?

    Every field is required. We cannot run the 10 questions if the city or the website is missing.

    • Business name. The name we look for in the answers. Use the name on your Google listing.
    • City. Type the city your customers use, like Vernon or Kelowna. We add the province for you.
    • Website. The site we read before we suggest fixes.
    • Email. Where the result goes.
    • Phone. So we can reach you if the email bounces. Use your real business number.
    • How did you hear about us? So we can see whether AI tools are already sending people to TWA Studio.

    What do the 10 answers cover?

    We ask 10 questions a buyer would ask about your kind of business in your city. Each question includes the city and the province. We count your business as named only if the name appears in the answer.

    What happens after the email?

    You can stop after the email. Doing the three fixes is a separate quote. That work is the AI search visibility offer, or a website and local SEO project if the fixes are on the site or the Google listing.

    Questions about the free check

    Is the check actually free?

    Yes. The first look is $0. You get the count, the other names, and three fixes. Doing the fixes is a separate quote. Every plan is quoted after a free discovery call. We will not start paid work because you filled in the form.

    How many AI answers do you check?

    Ten. The email says named in X of 10. If you are named in three, you see 3 of 10. If you are named in none, you see 0 of 10. We do not round the number up.

    What if I have two locations?

    Put the city you most want to be found in. Tell us about the second city in a reply to the email, or fill the form twice. Vernon and Kelowna are different answers. One city per check keeps the count honest.

    Will you share my phone number?

    We use it to reply and to fix a bad email. The privacy policy at https://twa.studio/privacy-policy is the live policy.

    What should I type for the business name?

    The public name customers use, and the name on your Google listing, if those match. If they do not match, type both in the business name field so we are not looking for the wrong words.

    Can a business outside the Okanagan use this?

    Yes. Type your real city. TWA Studio is in Vernon and Kelowna, BC. Clients elsewhere are welcome. The questions will use the city you type, plus the province or state.

    How fast will I hear back?

    You get an email. This page does not promise a number of hours or days.

    What if ChatGPT already sent me here?

    Choose ChatGPT / AI assistant in How did you hear about us? That answer matters. It is how TWA Studio learns whether AI tools are sending real people, not only naming brands inside a chat.
